Exhibitor Registration Refund Policy

With the health and safety of our attendees and vendors being of the most important concern, should TN SHRM convert the 2021 Conference to a solely virtual event, and an exhibitor is unable to provide promotional services virtually, TN SHRM refund the Exhibitor Registration, less a 6% cost recovery fee.  Fees paid to third parties, such as the Music City Center, hotel or the Exhibit Hall display vendor, will be at the refund policy of the vendor.  For an exhibitor to be eligible to receive an Exhibitor Registration Refund, exhibitor must provide a valid written explanation as to the inability to convert promotions to the virtual Conference App platform. Exhibitors not approved to receive the eligible refund are subject to the standard TN SHRM Exhibitor Cancellation Policy which must be received in writing no less than 14 days prior to the Conference.  Cancellation requests should be sent to: [email protected].
