2021 TN SHRM Exhibitor Registration

With the health and safety of our attendees being the most important concern, should TN SHRM be required to convert the 2021 Conference to a solely virtual event, and the Exhibitor is unable or unwilling to participate in the virtual Exhibit Hall program, TN SHRM will refund the Exhibitor Booth Fee.  Exhibitor Booth Fees that were paid by credit card will be refunded less a 6% cost recovery fee. 

All other requests for refunds will be honored up to 14 days prior to the Conference and must be received in writing by Sunday, August 1, 2021.  After that, we are committed and so are you!  Cancellation requests should be sent to: [email protected].

Fees paid to third parties, such as the Music City Center, hotel or the Exhibit Hall display vendor, will be at the refund policy of the vendor. Exhibitors not approved to receive the eligible refund are subject to the standard TN SHRM Exhibitor Cancellation Policy which.
