Q: Who is AIHR for?

The Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) is for HR professionals who want to build practical skills and grow in their careers. That includes HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, People Ops professionals, talent acquisition teams, Learning & Development Specialists, People Analytics professionals, and HR leaders. It is built for individual HR professionals, and it also offers learning options for teams.

Q; Are the courses self-paced?

Yes. All courses and certificate programs are fully online and self-paced, so members can learn when it works for them. If the same course appears in more than one certificate program, progress carries over, so it does not need to be repeated.

Q: How long will I have access to the platform?

AIHR Members receive 12 months of access to the platform, which gives them time to complete their learning at their own pace. Most certificate programs require around 30 to 40 hours of study time.

Q: What’s included in my access?

This depends on the plan you choose. Full Academy Access includes all certificate programs and courses, the AIHR Resource Library, weekly live events, AIHR’s HR Copilot, coaching, the HR Career Map, and access to the global HR community. 

Q: Are AIHR programs recognized for professional development or recertification credits?

Yes. AIHR is recognized by leading HR organizations, across the world 

Q: Do I receive a certificate when I complete a program?

Yes. Members receive a digital certificate when they complete a certificate program. Mini courses also come with a certificate of completion. For certificate programs, completing the capstone project is required to earn the digital certificate and the related Professional Development Credits or recertification credits.
