Post-Conference Announcement

Thank you again for attending our TN SHRM 2020 Conference, hosted by SHRM-Memphis.  

As mentioned during our conference, if you participate in all sessions, you can earn up to 40 hours of SHRM/HRCI credit. 

The session options for credit are:
Nov 1-4, live-streamed recorded sessions, 30.5 hours of credit
Nov 1--only, live-streamed recroded sessions, 6 hours of credit
Nov 5--Pre-recorded sessions:
           Legal Conference Workshops #1 and #2--Total of 7 hours for both sessions
           Internship Management Series by Dr. Robert Shindell, 3 hours of credit for all sessions

The dates are only to line up with the agenda and the conference brochure to help you stay on track.  You can view these 24/7 at your own pace for 30 days.   

We will be sending the credit certificates out in "batch" format so please be watching for those in late November and late December to allow individuals to view the on-demand learning. 

You will find the on-demand sessions in the agenda where you can also view the presenter bios as well.

When will I receive credit information?

We will be offering credit for individuals that watch content between November 1 and December 15. After the conference, there will be a brief period, November 5 - 15, where we will be editing and uploading content from the live conference back into the app for your viewing.  From November 15-December 15, we will offer extended learning where conference registrants can review content and receive credit.  We will send out credit to attendees 2 times: once before November 15 for individuals that watched the events live, and again on December 16 for individuals who reviewed content post-conference.  

How many credits can I earn?

If you attend the full conference (including the Diversity & Inclusion session) and the extended learning, you can earn up to 40 credits for both SHRM and HRCI recertification. 

How long will it take to receive my credit?

Credit will be distributed at two points: Before November 15 for individuals that were able to watch content live and once again on December 16 to individuals that review content during the 30-day learning period.

Will staying on the same stream impact my credit?

No. The TNSHRM Team can see that you're attending if you're in the same stream or if you are moving to each individual session.
